Kay Hall, principal

Kay specializes in framing the questions and addressing the issues required to create and sustain organizational change true to the vision and values of the organization and its members.

Her breadth of experience in both line management and human resources positions includes almost 10 years as senior organizational development consultant for one of the largest health care systems in the Pacific Northwest, and line and human resource management roles in two Fortune 500 retail organizations.

Kay works with organizational communities to explore new ways to work together to more effectively achieve their personal and shared goals.
